+Impact@ULA
SEL in Action: The Impact of Ubuntu Leaders Academy.
Context
+Impact@ULA continues the work of Ubuntu United Nations and looks at what the Ubuntu Leaders Academy changes for its participants.
The consortium brings together four partners. IPAV (Portugal) coordinates the project, Fundación SM (Spain) prepares a book with the stories of Ubuntu Leader Academy participants, Fundación Tomillo (Spain) supports the theory of change, and Artevio (Czech Republic) covers the technical and data side.
Our role
We are building the impact-analytics layer of the Ubuntu platform, turning platform data into evidence for the project's theory of change.
In practice, we design analytics and reporting tools that follow learner progress on the platform and measure project impact. The consortium uses these insights to interpret the project's results and to keep improving the programme.
